OUR COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY

At Your Bid Team, the health and safety of our clients, staff, and affiliates is of utmost importance as we continue our commitment to provide revenue and employment opportunities during these uncertain times. In order to continue providing our services in a safe and controlled manner, we have initiated the following procedures during the coronavirus pandemic as of March 2020:

  1. We are conducting all clients meetings via phone/video chat, and have suspended face to face meetings at our office locations.

  2. We have updated our website with a chat feature which will allow clients and potential clients to contact us directly, via the web, with most inquiries responded to within a few minutes to a few hours at most. 

  3. We have abbreviated our in-office work staff to reduce infection and introduced work-from-home methods where appropriate.

  4. We have increased efforts to keep our environment sterile and germ free, including cleaning surfaces regularly and keeping sanitizing equipment more readily available.  

  5. We continue to allow clients to make payments via phone, mail, or courier.

  6. We continue to utilize courier services to deliver completed bid propsals to the appropriate agency. (When electronic filing is no available)

  7. We will continue to provide outstanding service to our clients and employ innovative methods to meet and exceed customer expectations.
